In this role, you will support various Acquinity Interactive initiatives ? from conception to launch ? and collaborate with executive leadership, marketing operations and various cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of our product offerings. You?ll guide product development initiatives that grow revenue and improve the consumer experience. You possess strong analytical skills, understand the full product experience and strategic optimizations of the business, and can define and deliver requirements that engage customers and drive business.

Our ?dream candidate? will have several years of experience in product management for a consumer-focused website; strong, demonstrable analytical capabilities and an impressive portfolio of successful projects. You?ve also managed end-to-end product development projects in the Internet space, written innovative business cases and delivered award-winning presentations.?

You?ll be responsible for:

? planning and executing product optimization and enhancements through A/B testing

? staying a step ahead of the competition, market conditions, clients, and vendors to identify opportunities and product enhancements

? defining and writing product requirements and spec documents

? developing pricing strategies and overseeing product development

? working with department and cross-functional teams to launch new products or enhancements to existing products

? managing and delivering product enhancements on time and on budget

? balancing product requirements and market impact against time-to-market and project risks

? providing solutions to improve and enhance the user experience, based on ongoing customer research and feedback, site usage and performance, and competitive analysis

? interacting directly with members and category influencers through blogs, message boards, conferences, etc.

? presenting clear, concise written and/or verbal communication for product financials, product information and project status

? developing detailed product requirements and launch plans

? assisting in the development of promotional and marketing material

? defining success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance

? Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize user experience and flows

What we require from you:

? Bachelor?s Degree (in a related field is preferred)

? minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the on-line marketing/ internet advertisement industry
in one or more of the following areas: product marketing, product/program management, ?or?? business development

? demonstrated success in the product development process, from concept to launch

? a strong understanding of the technology behind the products managed

? a passion for the online industry and consumer-oriented products and services

? an analytical, strategic and metrics-oriented mindset?

? excellent project and time-management skills

? the ability to successfully multitask in a deadline-driven environment

? a proven ability to analyze market requirements

? the ability to independently create proposals and deliver winning presentations

? effective communication across specific departments pertaining to product pipeline

? experience with social media, web analytics tools, search engine marketing(SEM) and search engine optimization(SEO)

? proficiency in all Microsoft Applications, with experience in MS Project Applications preferred
